When you mention buying vegetables from supermarket I can definately tell the difference with my own grown because I can ‘smell the taste’.
By the way, if you ask me to start with 2 acres of land to a productive plot, it is a daunting task and I prefer to start with about 6 x 7 metre of areas first two years and bit by bit venture further. Anyway there are lots of experts and informs online, shoping from seeds to all kinds of gedgets…
